I actually have a couple of policies with Optiom and they have been pretty good. Some guy rear-ended the wife and we got upgraded to original parts and got the deductible back, no problem. Also, I run an automotive glass shop and I deal with Optiom for customers almost everyday and they have been very good to deal with. Would I recommend them, yes.
